We are pleased to announce that NDI’s parent company the Dacoll Group has acquired Appian Technology Plc. Appian is at the forefront of technologies for ANPR which includes cameras, software and hardware. Appian provide core products to a diverse global market, helping both governments and commercial organisations in all aspects of security, surveillance and traffic management.
The technologies available within Appian have a great synergy with the services provided by both NDI’s UK and US operations. This will provide great opportunities now and in the future for NDI and the Dacoll Group of companies, cementing our strong position within the market and opening opportunities in other areas.
