NDI's Training Services
It is NDI’s goal to provide the best PNC training experience in the country. To do this we recruit only the best trainers, each with a proven track record and years of experience in training on the PNC.
Our trainers know how the PNC works and what business processes are necessary to use it. Our trainer selection criteria ensures that each trainer has a minimum of five years experience using the PNC and training others.
NDI is an Accredited Training and e-Learning Provider of the Institute of IT Trainers (IITT). This ensures you receive the highest standard of training as all NDI’s trainers are accredited by them in line with current ACPO policy.

Other companies might provide you with PNC access software but NDI goes much further. We will ensure that your staff are properly trained in all aspects of PNC from use to management. We provide ongoing support in those crucial early days and ensure you are able to get best business benefit from PNC facilities.
Our Training Services
NDI delivers professional and flexible options to meet your demanding PNC training needs. Complete “Mobile Classrooms” consisting of laptop computers, secure dial connectivity to the PNC, full documentation, and of course, fully qualified trainers, are available to train your staff both on-site or at off-site locations. Courses vary and cover every aspect of PNC use from the most basic to the most advanced requirements and can include the use of hand held devices such as BlackBerrys and PDAs if so required.
Our training is provided in two models:
Customised courses, exclusively tailored for a specific customer (either on the customer’s premises or off-site). In either case we charge a daily rate for the trainer, plus expenses for up to a maximum of eight students per course.
Open courses (off-site), where students from various organisations attend the same course. These courses will be advertised in our quarterly prospectus update and will be held at regional locations. Cost for attendance is calculated on a per student basis. These may be more cost effective for the customer if only one or two students need to attend.

e-Learning
A new addition to our training portfolio is a series of e-Learning packages, written by our qualified and experienced PNC trainers. These are ideal where large numbers need to be trained in a short time. As an Institute of IT Trainers (IITT) Accredited e-Learning Provider, our packages are designed to ensure your PNC users are trained only in the things they need to do their job and using the interface they will actually be using. E-Learning packages come with assessment routines and student tracking capabilities. The fastest most efficient way of training PNC!
