NDI Technologies, Inc. (www.nditech.net), an Longwood, Florida (Orlando) based software developer providing innovative software solutions geared toward the education and law-enforcement markets throughout the United States and Europe, has an immediate opening for a Senior C#/.NET Software Developer.
Position Description:
This posting is for a full-time Senior Software Developer position specializing in C# and .NET. This individual will design, maintain and participate in all phases of NDI’s software development process which includes requirements analysis, specification generation, application design, software coding and testing of Windows based software products. This person must have strong technical design, software development, C# and .NET syntax level coding expertise, interpersonal/teamwork skills and must be motivated to work on both product architecture, development, testing, QA, implementation and configuration for all NDI product initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Participate either alone or on a team in the full lifecycle of all NDI Technologies software, including, but not limited to: research, design, development, testing and maintenance.
- Design and implement new software features and improve existing features.
- Investigate, locate and fix coding defects.
- Write complete documentation, including in-code comments, design documentation and others.
- Provide on-demand support for NDI’s customer service to help resolve customer issues, interacting directly with customers as appropriate.
- Communication of estimates and status updates on assigned projects.
- Comply with coding standards or implement new standards as necessary.
Requirements:
- Expert level C# and .NET skills required, with demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems.
- Windows development environment experience is essential.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, operating system fundamentals, database fundamentals and computer networking.
- Must have a high degree of analytical, organizational, verbal communication and written skills.
- Display considerable independence and creativity.

Qualifications:
- B.S. in computer science or related field
- Experience developing high performance and scalable enterprise level Windows applications.
