New Hotlist Sync makes VeriPlate even easier to use

NDI Technologies advances Next Generation License Plate Recognition with an innovation known as Hotlist Sync. This new software advance comes at absolutely no additional cost; our current clients need only to set an appointment for a system upgrade, while it will be included in future systems.

This software upgrade performs seamlessly. Once in place, all VeriPlate mobile units automatically synchronize hotlists with headquarters. This produces faster results and no extra effort is required to take advantage of its capabilities.

With Hotlist Sync, every mobile unit is always up-to-date with all available hotlists (NCIC, FCIC, Local Intel, etc). It is more robust because hotlists are managed efficiently – bandwidth is saved, allowing VeriPlate to be even more dynamic.

The synchronization process works like this: it only transmits differences (additions, modifications, deletions) to mobile units instead of sending a full hotlist every time. By sending only changes, file sizes are dramatically reduced and transmission is faster than ever.
